Bottle. Black body with a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, alcohol and hint of coffee. Did not notice any ginger or spices neither in aroma or taste. Taste is sweet, dark malt, some smoke, coffee, hint of bacon and some bitterness. Fine body and average aftertaste that ends a bit harsh and alcoholic. Drinkable but feels a bit raw still after a fair time of cellaring.

Bottle. Pours black with a small brown head. Aromas of roast, bitter chocolate, malt, dark sugar, some sweet dark fruits. Taste is synthetic sweet, roasty, malt, chocolate, dark sugar.

1st June 2019
Opaque dark brown beer, decent tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, thin dark malt cream and soft fruity dark chocolate. Alcohol tingle. An odd herbal - spicy thing going on here, like some cardomon had been added. Smooth finish. Okay, could do without the spicy twist.

Bottle. Tart fermented pralines, apples, pear cumquat hops. Medium body, mellow, butterscotch, light metallic roast and cocoa.

Bottle. Pours dark brown. Nose is citrus, orange, not many stout Aromas. Palate is bitter chocolate, coffee, weird citrus Aromas. Not great

Black. Aroma is licorice cinnamon syrup leek roast. Taste is rather sour with some nutpeel. Also roast. Full bodied. Phenols retronasal. Finish is leek. Ok.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is soap, fruity, spüli, air freshener, chocolate, wtf - is this an Imperial Stout? Taste is the same. Surprisingly sour, citrus. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Weird.
