Pint from the cask, pours dark brown with a off white cream head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, plums, toffee, grain & malt. Medium body. Sweet light bitter finish

Pint can, one of a four pack given to me by my neighbour. Cheers Bob! Clear ruby red. Slim dense lasting of white foam. Loooks well. Caramel. Fruity toffee, not unlike Toffo’s you got as a kid. Taste is pretty sweet with some light bitterness. Drinks fine. Decent mouthfeel really. A bit cask-y. Light stewed fruit bitter finish. Decent. Disappeared in no time.

Red amber, tan head. Aroma of wirth and bread, taste is sweet and bland, where did the hops go?

Cask at Golden Fleece, York. Pours clear chestnut brown with a cream cap. Toffee malt, caramel, hedgerow fruits.. Light sweet & light to moderate bitter. Medium body with tight carbonation
