Al Dente is crisp and refreshing with notes of toast, white jasmine, wildflower honey, and herbs. It's Italian-style, meaning hops were added at multiple points in the brewing process to create complexity and lots of aroma.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thank you Tom! Aroma is pils malt showing soft honey. Secondly yeast. Flavor follows the aroma. Decent malt character. It does show a granular texture.

Can pour from Oliver's Beverage Center. Lightly hazy gold, ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is European malt, lager yeast, mild fruit. Taste is mellow Pilsner malt, light fruity hops. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Nothing wrong with this but nothing exciting either. It's just kind of there.

On tap at West Village. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted grain and floral. Medium body, toast, dough, dry finish, good.

Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is pretty minimal. It is pretty warm and there is almost no nose. Taste is weird, lemony, watery. Meh.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, bright gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is Noble with some pear and light breadiness. Med body. Clean. Dry. Flavor matches the aroma. I can see why some might find honey, but I think it's something else. The flavor is quite good for the pilsner style.
