Bottled 500ml ABV 5.1% (BZ, BB 08/2011)
Dark nut brown color, small steady off-white head. Dry nutty malty aroma, some caramel, maybe even a bit cardboardish. Medium-bodied. Dry, nutty malty flavor with hoppy bitterness in the finish. Bitter aftertaste. Just "OK".

Very carbonated. Give a thick head. Dark chestnut colour. Aroma is minerally, with light toffeeish, breadcrusty notes. The minerals tend to dominate the palate with the dark sugary character in the background. A bit out of balance.
