Clear orange beer, small creamy dense off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: little malty, caramel, fruity, pears and apples. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, bit resinous, little sourish, hoppy, dry, bit sweet, good stuff. Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, resinous, fruity, very bitter, more fruity notes, lovely stuff, like it!

Nachdem ich bereits ein paar Biere aus dem französischen Baskenland in einem Kalea-Bieradventkalender fand, bekam ich in einem slowakischen Online-Shop einige Bier aus dem spanischen Baskenland. Die Brauerei ist offenbar bereits als bekannte Craftbier-Schmiede bekannt. Mein erstes Bier ist das Imparable IPA, ein wirklich gut gelungenes Exemplar mit ordentlich Wumms. So kommt es mit 6,8% alc und einer ziemlichen Bitterkeit. Das aber alles mit Maß und gut harmonisch abgestimmt. Nicht nur für IPA-Freunde ein wirklich gutes Bierchen.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of peach, passion fruit, citrus, herbs and biscuit. Pours cloudy dark golden with large frothy off-white head, nice lacing, yeast residue and sparkling appearance. Tastes refreshing tropical fruity, citrusy, resinous, herbal and bready with smooth and mild spicy mouthfeel and pretty bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. The one for unstoppable thirst...

Thin beige head on a hazy dark golden body. Onion & mega hop overdose aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth on the palate with a cloying back. Bubble gum, mega hops, sweet tropical, mango, stewed fruit & onion tastes with a very bitter & long tangy finish. Palate Cleanser - Love it.

Sampled from the tap at Mikkeller Pours a clear bright straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of onion with grass and an earthy pine note underlying. Flavor has dank onion and earthy pine with some grains backing underlying.
