Can from the brewery via Billy T. It pours clear pale yellow - good with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is soft, fresh doughy white bread, crackery malt, airy, straw, hay, straw, touch of grass and mellow sweet biscuit. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, clean, quenching, bitter - sweet, crackery malt, pale white bread, sweet doughy character, touch of peppery spice, grass, straw and grain husks with a smooth, doughy white bread. Average body and moderate carbonation. Crazy drinkable. Rounded and quenching. Effortlessly chuggable.

Pours bright yellow-gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Hay and cracker aromas. Soft with hay, mineral water and fresh bread upfront turning to mild earth in the medium length finish. Nicely done.

16 oz can from the brewery, 8/9/21. Pours a clear, bright yellow color with a bright frothy foam of white head atop it that dissipates down to just a sheet. Biscuit, dough, grass, pine, lemon, and a little stone fruit all coming through on this one with a tingly, peppery finish, and just a hint of green apple. Bright and flavorful stuff. Crisp, clean, and very drinkable. In my opinion, this is yet another excellent beer flavored beer from Suarez.

Pours a slightly hazy, light lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is grassy, with some cracker, pepper. Flavor follows, along with biscuit. Light sweetness. Pretty smooth for the style. Not so bad.

A hazed blonde helles with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with German hops, light pine needles, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with herbaceous German hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Torst.

Growler from the brewery, opened same day in Old Forge. Pours clear yellow with a white cream head. Clean biscuits in the nose, with light hay as well. Light sweet flavour, super clean, with mild grassy bitterness, dry biscuits, hay. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, moderately dry, with more pale bread, straw. Not sure I've had a better helles.
