Our house hazy ipa, years in the making. Pils malt, oats, and AZ grown Sonora white wheat. We use all premium northwest hops—Cascade in the whirlpool, followed by a big Mosaic & Citra dry hop. Bright, bold citrus, tropical. Soft with restrained bitterness.

Opaque and pale. Medium head. Bright weedy aroma that gets juicy, orangey on the palate. Still with a lowish bitterness, but quality malt, no hop burn, and bright hop expression. This is what hazy IPA was supposed to be.

Buying it at beerolution, Troisdorf, drinking it, yesterday after a heavy day of job, at night. Correct ipa, sweet for the style, fruity, hazy, sparkling, smooth and malty, syrupy, lovely thing before to sleep.

16 oz can at Chase Field, after having the WC version at the brewery yesterday. Rich with tropical hops. Mildly sweet. Some melon. Low bitter. Touch of green hops. Smooth IPA. Very easy drinking. Not surprised this is the beer of theirs that is getting slung around the most.

Draft at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, fresh, juicy tropical citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy yellow pour, persistent thin layer of white head. Aroma is grapefruit peel, hint of pineapple. Tasty is zesty grapefruit, citrus. Pretty straightforward hazy IPA
