On tap at 1840, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of spruce tips, lacto, pillowy wheat, and a touch of hay. Flavour is much the same, with dry wheat, gentle lacto, nice spruce top expression, and some hay. Dry, not yogurty at all. Very nice.

500ml bottle thanks to Drake! Hazy pale gold with a giant white head. Nose is lemon zest, herbs: rosemary mainly (probably the spruce), light bread. Flavor is lemon zest, spruce, soap, rosemary (again likely the spruce). Quite interesting. Spruce should be added to more beers.

Bottle, courtesy of Drake. Pours pale gold. Soapy, pine forest, slightly salty seaweed notes, nice sourness. Medium body. Odd. Fun.

Bottle from Drake: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is soapy, spruce, minerals. Weird salinity, hefty spruce finish. Light sourness. Unique beer, but seems hard to imagine drinking much of it.

500 mL bottle from Woodman's Appleton. Batch # 201252. Hazy orange, large frothy white head, good retenion. Aroma of lemon, biscuit dough, crackers, spruce. Taste is lemon, spruce, perfume, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild tartness. Interesting.
