This American brown ale's grist bill starts us off with a base layer of milk chocolate, biscuit, and caramel. The boil brings American and noble hops to balance with light bitterness, as well as some brown sugar for a robust toffee flavor. Several days conditioning on shredded raw coconut brings a tropical sweetness to really round out a delicious, easy drinking, dark beer.

Can from Tavour: pours brown with beige head. Aroma is brown sugar, caramel, hints of the nuts of coco. Taste is not too sweet, with an underlying layer of coconut. Because of the relatively low sweetness the body comes across as being a little thin. It is still plenty drinkable for what it is worth.
