Draught @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Grassy and grainy. Quite doughy. Smooth and dry finish.

Pours clear gold into a pils. Bright white head with excellent retention becomes soapy as it recedes leaving spider lacing. Caramel and hay aromas. Crisp with hot caramel, sourdough and lemon pith upfront turning to sour, bitter and earthy pith and peel in the lasting finish.
