Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Clear, dark orange appearance with a foamy, tan head. Big nutty, woody, herbal aroma. A little chewy, sweet toffee/caramel malty, woody, herbal flavor. Nice stuff.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a lacing medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of toffee and a light nutty touch. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasty and nutty malty taste with caramel/toffee; malt-accented finish with light traces of hoppy bitterness and a whiff of chocolate in the aftertaste. Pleasant (06.X.08).

Bottle: Deep amber coloured, mid-sized fluffy yellow off-white head with a yellowish tinge, quickly diminishing; malty, caramelly nose, also molasses and hops; sweetish-malty flavour, milk chocolate too, light to medium bodied, a bit sticky, low carbonated; sweet-malty finish with a light bitterness in the very end. Well quaffable, a bit sticky, though...............
