Unser Original in seiner ursprünglichen naturtrüben Art direkt aus dem „Zwickelhahn“ des Lagertanks abgefüllt. Frischer geht`s nicht. Durch den vollen Gehalt an Eiweißstoffen und Hefe, bekommt die Bittere noch eine ausgeprägtere Note, der Hopfen tritt dabei eher in den Hintergrund.

Golden with a white head. Aroma had plenty of floral hops and fresh bisquity malt accents. Flavor was pungent with loads of floral hops and a prickling high carbonation.

Summer Sunday @ Dolle. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma of white bread with herbal hops and a touch of citrus. Sweetish malty flavour with good hoppy character. Very tasty.

Bottle @ Oberfranken Neuheiten, Summer Bottleshare Odense, Summer 2018. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Cereals, freshly baked bread and a hint of citrus. Crisp and dry. Short bitter finish. Clean.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, dusty malt, light moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet dusty malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, grain, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden yellow, tall white head. Lovely resiny hop aroma over the glass. Medium-bodied, giood and intensive malty base, loads of resiny-piney hops, slightly hebral. Bitter-sweet, deliciously resiny.
