Hazy golden. Aroma is dough, pear, prickly pear, caramel. Taste is mild hoppy tartness with balanced umami everything. A bit buttery/doughy mouthfeel. Chewy. Good.

Bottle. Fruity, wheat Bock nose. Hazy, light grey yellow, offwhite head. Medium body, very dry, minerals, copper, light pineapple, banana, tropics finish, dry clay.

Bottle, congratulations to Bryan! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, dough, grassy, flowery Perle, estery. Taste is mineralic, dough, grassy, again flowery hop goodness. Silky mouthfeel with medium to high carbonation. It has a bit of a Weizenbock aroma, but is dry enough to warrant a Saison entry. Tasty.
