Pear Mary is a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels then fermented with juice from Northwest-grown pears and infused with fresh rosemary. Aged for up to 18 months, this herbal beer offers notes of fresh pear, pine and ginger.

Tap at KEG. Deeper golden pour with a lacing white head. Nose is intense pear and rosemary, with additional hints of funk, acetic acid, wood, leather and earthy touches. Lovely. Taste is less intense and complex, showing pear, rosemary and wood with some funk. Moderately tart. Closes with a tart, fruity and dry finish, has a medium body and average carbonation.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soda powder, mild vinegar, herbs, flowers, oak, spices, citrus, sour winegum, old rope, leafs, sour tropical fruits. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, herbs, mild vinegar, oak, flowers, spices, sour winegum, old rope, citrus, sour tropical fruits. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Gulbrun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter trevirke, pæreis, noe urter og svovel. Middels fylde. Sur, eddik, sure frukter og trevirke. Middels lang.

Så og si klar med hvitt som ligger fint som en skumtopp. Lukter trevirke, sukkertøy av pære. Syrlig med smak av rabarbra, pære og eddik.

Flavor is lightly sour, malt, ttart fruit, green pear, citrus, little earthy, rosemary. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 240721

Pühendusega Stenile, kes mind cascade-ga ikka vahel ähvardab ;) Õlu on hapu ja happeline, vürtsikas, pirni võib ka siin olla. Maitse pole ju halb, aga see happe teema pole ikka minu jaoks

Pours a hazy light orange, light touch of white foam. Smells sour, fruity. Pretty heavy sourness, sharp, clearly American-style. Pear is there, but light, giving some sweetness. Can really get the rosemary, lovely herbal notes working well. Fun and nice.
