Tap at KEG. Deeper golden pour with a lacing white head. Nose is intense pear and rosemary, with additional hints of funk, acetic acid, wood, leather and earthy touches. Lovely. Taste is less intense and complex, showing pear, rosemary and wood with some funk. Moderately tart. Closes with a tart, fruity and dry finish, has a medium body and average carbonation.

Gulbrun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter trevirke, pæreis, noe urter og svovel. Middels fylde. Sur, eddik, sure frukter og trevirke. Middels lang.

Pours a hazy light orange, light touch of white foam. Smells sour, fruity. Pretty heavy sourness, sharp, clearly American-style. Pear is there, but light, giving some sweetness. Can really get the rosemary, lovely herbal notes working well. Fun and nice.

500 ml corked and caged; 2019 bottle. Aroma is rosemary, lemony, pear, lime, earth, wood. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is highly sour (8.5/10), lightly sweet, earthy, with notes of pear, barrel, lemon, ginger.
