500 ml corked and caged; 2019 bottle. Aroma is rosemary, lemony, pear, lime, earth, wood. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is highly sour (8.5/10), lightly sweet, earthy, with notes of pear, barrel, lemon, ginger.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of acidic pear juice upfront, with gentle rosemary. Flavour is full of rosemary, citric notes, lots of acidity, and oak. Interesting mix of citrus and rosemary. Fun stuff.
