Bottle, cellared this one for a year or so. Pours copperish brown with beige head. Nose is big funk, woody notes, light acetic acid, a nice fruity character. Pretty layered and complex. Taste-wise it’s not as multidimensional, shows a shitton of acetic acid, it’s rather sour, with some additional notes of funky brett and stone fruits. Closes with long lasting sour finish, has light to medium body and soft to average carbonation. Promises a lot in aroma and doesnt deliver as much in taste, but still pretty tasty.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sour red and dark fruits with oak, malt, tart dark berries, red wine, funk, blackcurrant, touch of vinegar and some caramel. Flavour is tart and nicely sour with a hint of sweetness. Body is medium. I really like this, loads of interesting tart fruits with a fairly robust sourness.

Mørk rødbrun colafarget med lavt beige skum. Lukter sure bær, noe sjokolade og eik. Middels fylde. Noe sur smak, frukt og sure bær. Middels lang.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Vinegary oaky nose with some lingonberry. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and oak. Red berries. Low bitterness.

On tap at Petition Beer Corner in Feb 2019. Deep brown. Sawdust and vinegar aromas. Lovely wooded sourness and real complexity to the various unusual flavours, especially with some cherry coming through late. Lovely sipper.
