Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. Nice sour profile on the nose. Delicate rosé colour. Not much flabour, some slight flower. A very sour beer. Decent.

Tap at Opatovina Beer Fest. Pinkish misty milky reddish something... Lovely lovely passionfruit in the aroma. Tart, simple taste, light passionfruit, tart berry. Nice, perfumey, solid beer overall.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pink, orange, small head. Tropical flowers and frozen raspberries up front. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Dry with lemon and frozen raspberries and notes of milk. No bitterness.

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Hazy pink-orange color with fizzy white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is passion fruit and hibiscus, full on. Taste is yoghurt, maracuja, herbal, oats. Silky mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Fresh, tasty, and good, like we know Brekeriet.
