50 cl bottle.Amber colour.Medium creamy beige head.Strong caramel aroma.Full body. flavour is mainly caramel with some grass notes.Spicy.First Steinbock ever tried . Nice one.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear copper with a White head. Massive caramel, Dark fruit, bread, grains. Slight alcohol. Medium bodied.

Pyraser Ultra, Flasche von REWE, Berching. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar. - In der Nase schweres, fettes Karamelmalz mit sirupartiger Süße, Malagawein und gebrannter Zucker aber auch zitrusfruchtiger Aromahopfen. - Antrunk schwer und tief karamelmalzig mit fast schon klebriger Karamelsüße, leicht schokoladigem Malz, likörartiger Frucht. Milder rezent, breit; deutlicher Alkohol. Im Abgang lebhafte aber etwas derbe zitrusfruchtige und krautige Hopfenherbe. - Mächtig schwerer Doppelbock, der zwar ruppige, Salvator-ähnliche Züge aufweist, aber durch solide Malztiefe und überraschend aromatische Hopfung überzeugt. Probierenswert! (16.5.2019.)

Bottle. Dark amber, big offwhite cream. Dry chewy malt nose, bread, burned caramel. Medium full body, dry roast, rye bread, pleasant grains, oxidized fruit. Sweet big chewy, sticky finish, fun in moderation. Sweet but I like it.

Bottle. Clear ruby-amber color with off-white head. Aroma is grainy, nutty, sweet. Taste is sweet raisins, iron, a bit oxidized, metallic finish. Mineralic mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Cloying.

Közepes, tartós hab, sötét réz szín. Illata karamelles, enyhe fűszeres beütéssel. Intenzív, édeskés karamelles ízei mellé némi fűszeresség társul, leheletnyi citrusossággal. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes desszertsör.

Dark amber folour with reddish notes, 1 inch of very stable, creamy yellowish-light beigeish head; aroma of dried fruits like plum and raisin, some roasted sugar, herbal notes and hints of earth and smoke; taste of herbs, dried fruits, roasted sugar and tons of malts - really good doppelbock

Bottle at Rudi’s Beer House, Chania, Crete. Clear deep amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy and slightly crisp. The malt is surprisingly light. A little toffee - caramel and a light touch of dried fruits. Light dry finish. An easy going Dopllebock that hides it’s abv well.
