Bottle at the hotel in Rome - picked up at Domus Birrae. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a strong, frothy white head. Fresh and zesty citrus in the nose, orange, tangerine, some lemon, plenty of pith and rind. Light sweet flavor with moderate rindy bitterness, mellow but crisp pale malts. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation.clean finish with more rindy and pithy citrus bitterness, lightly biscuity pale malts, tangerine, orange, grapefruit. Somewhat watery at times but overall quite refreshing.
