Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, yeast, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, straw, yeast, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Amager / Mikkeller Baghaven Coatlicue ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat - grain. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 6-3-6-3-11

Tap@MBCC 2018 Green Session, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity citrus fruity notes of lemon, some straw,medium to light body, notes of yeast, touch of citrus spice, light herbal and floral and delicate hoppy into the finish.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Unclear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is yeast, grains, sweet malts and some clove. Taste is grainy and yeasty leading to a slightly clove and spiced finish. Medium body and carbonation. Next one please!

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, hay and some clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, grassy-spicy, slightly fruity and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon peel, pineapple, hay, dill and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy, slightly herbal and a little tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Keg at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 11/05/18. Light haze on a pale golden pour with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citric peel, straw, grains, lemon rind. Taste comprises mellow yeast esters, grass, light herb, straw, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Decent easy drinking saison.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, a bit grainy, dough. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Ok.
