Backlog January 2016. Almost clear golden body under a big, creamy white head. Aroma of malt and citric fruit. Taste is pale malt, peach, citric fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Fair enough.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Lacing rings from a pearl white head. Warm golden body with a slight haze. Blossom citrus nose with semi-sweet malts to it. Well balanced taste profile of hopped citrus, with grapefruit up front, together with a mild touch of caramel malts. Soft mid-dry, bitter tail. A refreshing and well crafted ale (Tromsø 26.01.2017).

Bottle 50 cl. Orange, cloudy with a large frothy head. Hops aroma with some citrus and grass notes. Light bitter with a OK hop end.

Flaske fra HelgøMeny Stadionparken (Stavanger): uklar gylden med flott skum som varer. Deilig citrusaroma med hint av karamellsødme. Smaken er like god - dettte er en fornøyelse, og friskheten varer helt til siste slurk. Slank maltkropp som uanstrengt bærer den fine humlekomboen. Perle, Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, og naturligvis Citra. Gode greier!

KØLF 290116. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, malt, hop. Flavour is pine, malt, caramel, hop, grass, citrus. Medium body. OK beer.

Donkergeel bier met weing schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig, ananas en zwarte thee. Goed bier, gedronken in restaurant Blaa Bar & restaurant in Porsgrunn.

Bottle. It’s lightly hazy in the glass, golden-orange in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is dominated by hops, but there’s too much caramel malts I think. Grass, pine cones and some citrus zest. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, wouldn’t mind more of it though, Citrus zest, resins and a touch of pale malts. Lasting hop dominated finish. Not bad at all, but a tad ordinary. 151114

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, floral and grass. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long floral, grassy and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Big offwhite head. Slightly hazy coppery body with very light carbonation. Fruity gooseberry aroma with papery notes. Very dry fruity gooseberry and wood taste with orangey notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, astringent mouthfeel. Dry fruity wooden aftertaste with cardboardy gooseberry notes. Too harsh and papery for me. (0.5l bottle from Meny Strømmen.)

Flaske 500ml fra Meny Stavern. Delt med Håvard hjemme hos dem 15 Jul 15. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig skum med litt lacing. Frisk aroma av mandarin. Smaken sammensatt fruktig med et parfymert preg.
