Bottle from Jonas's place. Batch 2, bottle 28/825. Clearish deeper amber body. Pleasant aroma mixing white raisins and honey, primarily the first, along with some alcohol, but within the limits of class. Soft raisin-driven taste, slightly buttery, but it works, the honey is there but mainly in the palate, light tartness keeping things balanced before the warmth comes up. Tasty, different!

Bottle at the Munich Ratebeer Christmas tasting, at Jonas's, Garching, Friday 17th December 2021. Pours warm gold, a little haze. Really nice , the nose is lovely but I cannot quite determine what I am picking up, ok just been told it's Chardonnay grapes, yeah getting it now. Soft moutheel, streaky grapes now I know what I am picking up. Great.

Bottle at Christmas tasting. Gold in the glass with long legs. Honey, raisiny-grape notes, reminds me of a dessert wine. Flavor has a nice dry acidity to it that counters the honey sweetness, very well balanced! Buttery, hint of candy apple. Just amazing.

Pours dark copper orange, clear. Scent is intense, blasts of grape and honey, natural and funky, fairly 'dry' character. Taste is fairly sweet though, unexpectedly after the scent. honey up front, as well as duroing the finish. Beautifull profile. Grapes show up during the late aftertaste, reminding of a great ice wine. Pretty fantastic !
