Taster. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is vanilla, oak, bourbon. Body is full and strong, vanilla and grapes indeed. Turns even more into white wine on the palate, where it's pure grapes. Dryish. Good, and quite unusual.

[9/8/18] Draught at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018 in London. Day 2. Clear golden. Honey, wine, oak, fruitiness, sweetish, tart hint, rather dry finish, alcohol.

Tap. Clear golden color with small white head. Aroma is flowery honey, white wine, light melon, very complex, TBA-style. Taste is vanilla, oak, honey, white wine grapes, very rich and yet rather dry and refined. Oily mouthfeel, flat. This is utterly amazing, an absolutely gorgeous Mead!

Sample. Pale golden. Deep vinous aroma, sweet spätlese or so. Very full on sweet grape on the palate, sweet wine, light white port, almonds, vanilla, raisins retronasal. Wow.

Draught @ Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Sweet, vinous and heavy with honey notes, some grapes and oak. Intense, almost like a sweet white wine.
