On tap at TCBW 2016. Slightly hazy dark brown with a modest, beige head. Lovely aroma of fresh roasted coffee! Some malty notes, but coffee is certainly dominating. Delicious stuff! --- Beer merged from original tick of The Backbone on 01 Apr 2016 at 20:10 - Score: 8

On tap at Uber Tavern, pours a dark amber mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of coffee, a little cocoa, and some bready English malt. Flavour brings out coffee upfront, drowning out anything else. Not really getting anything British about this, though the body is indeed pretty light. Good stuff.

Growler @ Frank’s (Ramnuts) tasting, thanks to Mini & Bird - 06/11/12. Light black with a thin tan head. Nose comprises coffee, espresso tones, chocolate and molasses. Tastes of espresso, coffee beans, chocolate, roast malts. Medium bodied with light carbonation, a little too much going on for my liking but not enough to spoil a good stout. and a roasty finish. Decent stuff.
