On tap at Gosnell's - Bermondsey, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle floral morals and subtle, crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry, with intense underripe green apple skins and floral hops. Not well-balanced at all. Meh.

On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Hazy pale gold colour no head. Elderflower flavour is pleasant. Some light sweet honey presence. OK I thought but I like elderflower. Bit of an underpowered mead.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place 31/01/2018. Many thanks! A mostly clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is weird, hairspray, sweet and tangy, veg stalk, honey. Flavour is composed of hot alchol, sweaty, green, bin juice, puke, alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, spritzy carbonation, . tangy. Weird. I don't like it.

Bottle at LKS - thanks to Fergus. It pours clear green - yellow with decent white head. The taste is sweet, oily, fragrant, elderflower, mellow honey, candy and chalky green banana. The taste is soft, sweet, fresh apple, tangy, juicy, floral, elderflower, candied fruits, tinned pear and apricot with a soft finish. Elderflower through the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fair enough for what it is

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. The nose holds honey, mild floral notes, ripe lemon. Medium sweet flavour with some doughy wheat bread, ripening citrus, more honey, a faint metallic note, mild citric bite. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sweet finish with a little more lemon, honeycomb, pale bread. Nice overall.
