Elderflower is the quintessential taste of an English summer. We have combined Gosnells’ crisp, contemporary mead with a delicate wild elderflower infusion creating a refreshing floral take on our classic mead.

Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sour-ish floral, grass, flowers, sap, minerals, fresh birch wood, hay, leafs, unripe berries, rubber. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, flowers, leafs, unripe berries, minerals, rubber, sap, fresh birch wood, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of strange.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Clear pale yellow body with no head or lacing. Steady carbonation. Aroma of honey, butter and elderflower. Flavour of lemon drops, sweet cider and a tangy finish. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. An interesting beer - the elderflower is nicely integrated.
