(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, bubbly head. Fruity, spicy nose with honey, apples, herbs (meadowsweet possibly) and biscuits. Fruity, slightly spicy taste with notes of apples, honey, herbs, mandarin and biscuits. Medium body, quite sweet (but not overly so). Tasty and well balanced. Easy drinking mead. Quite nice.

29/5/2019. Bottle from Clapton Craft. Pours clear pale gold with no head, just some bubbles during the pour. Aroma of honeycomb, sweet-meal biscuit, flowers and fruit. Quite heavy sweetness, minimal bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, fine carbonation. Sweet, honey finish with a light tartness developing. Ok.

29.05.2019, 0,33l bottle (best before 10.2015) shared @ BBGTC tasting:
No head, slightly cloudy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, old cellar, hay, weeds, minerals, dusty heather honey, sour grass, citrus, alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, sour berries, heather honey, sorrel, citrus, minerals, grass, sour berries. Slightly watery sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough for the age.

Tap. Unclear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is flowery honey, a bit appley, quite fresh. Taste is the same, quite fresh flowery and floral honey, a bit lemonade-like. Mineralic mouthfeel, refreshing carbonation. Good!

Bottle from Beerhive. Nose is fanta, honey, floral. Palate is strongly carbonated honey, citrus, orange juice, weird hoppy finish. Beer strength meads should not be a thing, while it is a tad refreshing it isn't delicious.
