For this Pale Ale we use Styrian Bobek Hops from Slovenia and Citra Hops from the US. This combines the gentle citrus tones of European noble hops with the more in your face aromas of US high alpha Hops

Can at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone tasting Decemberhazy gold colour lasting white head. some sherbet hops some herb. quite bitter. light fruit. yes decent enough. some zesty. .

Tap at Brewdog Tallinn, Tallinn. Color is deep cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some marmalade, hops and malts. OK.

Draft at Victoria, Den Haag. Fairly hazy orange with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus, herbal hop notes and a light dank character. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Can from Trembling Madness, York. Hazy gold in colour, with a big, white, head. Tropical fruits, a sweet, marmalade, edge, grassy hops, rather thin malts and a jolly finish. Fine.
