Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour grass, minerals, fresh hops, hay, fruit stones, soda powder, unripe berries, raw rhubarb. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light sourish with a slightly dry, rhubarb, citrus and piney finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Very hazy yellow golden body with some rhubarb type pink nuances. Big, creamy white head. Aroma has mild rhubarb, some grapefruit and light acidity. Flavor is very refreshing, smooth rhubarb/grapefruit, sweet and sour with mild acidity, pale malt and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average, but refreshing aftertaste. Quite nice, but a bit one dimensional and the rhubarb is not very remarkable in the flavor. Still a nice one for the grocery marked.

Bottle, #1788-A, 11 months before bbd. Pours opaque yellow, with a short lived, creamy head. Aroma is fruity tropical hops, with grassy notes, grapefruit and rhubarb. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tropical hops, with apricots, grapefruit, grassy notes and tart lactic acid with rhubarb notes.

Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks good. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Also some acidiy notes. Quite refreshing. Semi dry ending. Rich citric hoppy, pine, herbal and mild fruity flavor. Nice tasty ipa. But I would not have guessed that it contained rhubarb.

Bottle, at the brewery. A milky yellow colored beer with a dense, white head. Hoppy, piney aroma with a good shot of rhubarb and grapefruit. Some notes of pale malts. It’s full bodied, almost, dry and bitter, with a nice carbonation level. Grapefruit, pine cones, some rhubarb anda touch of malts. Lasting bitter, dry finish. Very tasteful and quenching, especially love the grapefruit and rhubarb. 170429
