Cask at Churchkey. Pours a clear gold, no head. Cleaning fluid on the nose, lemon and apple too. Lemon, apple, pear flavor. High acid for a Perry.

Tap, "medium sweet, 5.7%". Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is sweet pears. Taste is juicy pears, rather sweet, taken over by an almost dusty tannic mineralic finish. Very dry in the back. Mineralic mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Bone dry in the back, juicy upfront, quite the perry!

BIAB at the Axe - Stokey. Pours clear yellow. Pretty interesting stuff, a bit sour, lots of salty and tangy sweat, tart pear, lemon, some alcohol in the background. Medium bodied, lightly oily, soft. Warming finish, some fairly shady acidity, more salty sweat, ripe and lightly gooey pear. Fun stuff. Assertive.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet pear and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. Really nice. 110618

BIAB 6% at Half Moon Darlington, April 2018 cider festival. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of pear, sulphur. Taste is sweet, mellow pear, fruity with some light tannin. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet dry finish. Quite OK.
