Bomber big thanks to Kenny. It pours thick dark blackness with a small tan cap. The aroma is sweet, intoxicating, warming spice, big cinnamon, golden grahams, loads of chocolate gateaux, cacao nibs, vanilla cake frosting, touch of dried fruits, rich roasted, chocolate brownie, intoxicating sweetness and rocky road. The taste is slick, sticky, bitter - sweet, earthy, rich roasted malt, chewy, toothy, warming cinnamon sweetness, golden grahams, chocolate gateaux, vanilla cake frosting, touch of dark fruits, cherry drops, black forest gateaux, jammy and some warming alcohol with a spicy finish. Fulsome body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Fun stuff, maybe a touch too much cinnamon? Good anyhow.

Sweet and boozy, bitter dark chocolate, smooth cinnamon, vanilla in the finish. After reading about the cherry I might get hints in the finish, or just a placebo effect. Nice.

Bottle. Pours opaque black with a small tan head that dissipates quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma is chocolate covered cherries, vanilla, bourbon, fudge. Flavor is full sweet, light bitter. Cherry notes are mercifully light. Full body, creamy. Quite well done.

Bottle, 22oz. A dark black colored beer with a small tan head. Some lacing. The aroma has lots of dark caramel and toffee, with a good dash of dark chocolate. Dark dried fruits, cinnamon, some vanilla and wood and a good dash of booze. It's full-bodied, warming and smooth, with a good sweetness. Cinnamon, toffee, roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla hints and heavy caramel sauce. Lasting finish with cinnamon, coffee, dark chocolate and some oak and vanilla. Delicious indeed, perhaps a bit too heavy on the cinnamon, but sure nice anyway. 211231

Bottle at share. Hump day. Inky black pour, thin tan head. Aroma is rich, dark chocolaty notes, some coffee, cinnamon and light cherries. Taste features the cherries and cinnamon in a more prominent role, sweet, savory flavors on top of the dark chocolate and light coffee bitterness.
