Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Sour Cellars Drinkitite ].ABV: 6.4%. Unclear medium red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, blueberries - blackcurrant, berries, tart, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, tart, berries, fruity yeast, medium dry, blueberry - blackcurrant. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Leafy berry notes with some dough. Clearish red with a small white head. Soured berry and a bit jagged without much finesse.

Purplish and with a bit of haze. There's a prominent blueberry aroma, with a bit of acetone. Big sourness on the palate, with some blueberries as well but huge sourness. Not much subtlety, just a big puckering sourness, with a fresh fruit character. I like the fruit, but I wouldn't call this balanced or refined.

750mL bottle, pours a murky dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a bit of acetone, some perfumey fruit, and light oak. Flavour has harsh acetone, acidic blueberry skins, and light balsamic. Way too acetic, with tart blueberry skins on the finish. Rather harsh and difficult to drink, but not too bad.
