Stronk coffee, stronk berry finish, totally not complementary flavors, it's tasty weirdness. Not sure if it comes across as overly tannic to me or acidic or what, it's hard to pinpoint.

Tap. Pours very dark deep red, still. Aromas of sweet berries, lots of blueberry tannins in this, some jammy raspberry notes, caramel, sweet honey, coffee bean notes. Taste has raspberries, blueberries, tannins, caramel, light tartness, sweet honey, generic green coffee in the finish. Sadly, regular Marion is much much better than this. Excited for the vanilla though.

Keg at Beaverex 2018, day one, 07/09/18. Rich ruby red with little in the way of a head. Nose is coffee grinds, berry frutis, light spice, honey. Taste comprises blueberries, coffee grinds, honey lozenge, light spice. Full bodied, oily feel, warming honey boost. Decent.

Fantastic! Tart/tangy black/blue/raspberries/skin/seed/coffee/nuts/honey/brown sugar; lt cocoa/vanilla/herbal/pepper. Sweet/med-full body. Fairly acid/tang/tannic drying. No cloying/pucker. Smooth/min warmth. Well worth the price.

375ml bottle. Pours very dark ruby red, no head, np lacing. Aroma loaded with berries, blackberry, raspberry, wildflower honey, stale coffee. Flavor is pretty sweet, light tartness, lingering coffee. Medium body. Coffee is not a plus here. Improves after sitting open a while.

Tap. Deep ruby color with no head. Aroma is coffee roast, all the marion berries beneath there, quite a weird mixture. Taste is marion blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, coffee freshness, light tannic stuff.Oily mouthfeel. The combination kinda works, but it's also kinda weird. Not as good as other Marion variants.

Mørk lilla nesten svart med rosa skum. Lukter kaffe og solbær. Søt bærsmak i starten før faffe og alkohol overtar utover. Klebrig. (The Beavertown Extravaganza 2018)

Draught @ Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Heavy, sweet and massive berry juice overdose with loads of coffee, chocolate and espresso notes. Sweet and sticky.
