Bottle. Unclear golden color with no head. Aroma is funked up, woody, earthy, a bit weirdly herbal. Taste is nice fruity character, good tartness, mild tannins too. Sparkly carbonation. Good!

23/9/22: Nicely dry, with some soft acidity at first, and a bit stronger sourness in the finish. Pretty funky, some traces of wood, not much in the spirits. Plenty of citrus. Excellently refreshing, lots of flavour, nice beer.

24/9/22: Again! Sweet, sour, some funk, bit of citrus.

(Keg at CoolHead Taproom, 20220922) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, fruitiness, wood, vanilla and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, lactic notes, wood, vanilla sourness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A pleasant tart brew with subtle barrel notes.

Fat på Brewskival 2022, lör. Gul disig med vit krona. Citrus, citron, fat, snäll syra, mjuk. Snälla toner från faten. Trots kaxiga fat väldigt snyggt och lätt.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange, very fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Tart, citrus, grape, funky. Taste: Moderate tart and light sweet at the same time. Fruity citrus, grape and some grapefruit. Grape skin and citrus zest. Oak wood. Quite some tannins. Dry mouthfewl. Medium to just below medium body, just under average carbonation. Subtle funky. May notice very faint hints of the Whisky and maybe of the Port at the finish, but only because I know these barrels are used.. I don't recognize the Rum at all. Despite of that this is nother great Schneeeule. Very happy to find the beers of this brewery over here in The Netherlands sometimes.
