A Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist. Combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of American pale ales (APAs), this beer is everything an IPA should be and more.

12 ounce bottle from John’s. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A light floral nose. Fruity, marmalade, some light toast. Sweet and light bitterness, bready. OK. Comes together a bit rougher than should be.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of hops, flowers, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, flowers, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

500ml bottle between three on an Irish tasting evening at home on 11th Nov 2016. Pale golden orange with a decent sized white crown on each glass. Citrusy leanings throughout, grapefruit esters in the nose, lemon and grapefruit in the flavour. Not really my thing, fed up with light golden citrus flavoured brews to be honest. Scored objectively.
