Draught @ MBCC 2018, Red Session
Pours black with a beige head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, honey, caramel and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate, honey and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Rabbits Foot Honey Stout ].Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, coffee, sweet malt, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, honey, dusty, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 7-3-7-3-13

MBCC. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, dusty, caramel and honey. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, honey, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate. Taste is chocolate, nutty, a bit light in flavour. Almost watery mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good, but not great.

Sample at the Meadery. Dark brown pour with some red around the edges. Medium foamy tan body that diminishes steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of roast malt, honey and fruit. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, coffee and red fruit. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
