A crisp, light, amber ale, Seafarers is brewed with the aptly named Admiral hop, which imparts a zesty, spicy nature to the beer. The ingredients also include the famous Gales yeast, which bring soft-fruit flavours to the fore.

Clear amber pour with a small white head. Nuts, malt, dried fruits/berries, a hit of caramel. Not bad.

Clear amber, fluffy white head. Biscuity malts, big british hops, soft carb, and good mouthfeel. Medium bitterness, solid caramel, bready, biscuity malt finish.

Cask at Old Joint Stock, Birmingham. Clean amber look with small white top. Malty grain and toffee aroma. Taste similar, bitterness comes threw well, hint of spice. Easy drinking, light to medium bodied and good for the style. Decent bitter.

(Cask) Clear golden with white head. Subtle aroma of caramel with floral hints. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Toffee malt with little sweetness and decent herbal bitterness. Very drinkable.

Cask at The Admirality on Traffalgar Square. Clear amber, medium small white head, but lasting. A nice malty biscuity nose, slightly sweet. Medium bitterness, grassy. A bit flat, medium body. Nice and drinkable classic.
