Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lacing white head. Bananaish and yeasty nose. Light body, some banana but the yeast dominates. Dry finish with yeast and phenols. Poor. 100910

Hazy orange-ochre; no head. Dried bread, oxydation, indefinable yeast esters dominating the nose. Dry, citrussy flavour with again the oxydation of the grain, dull malt notes. Dry character, but falling flat rapidly. Not very uplifting, unnecessary imitation of a German Weizen.

Muddy tan; large banana & vanilla aroma; sweet palate w/vanilla, plum, banana; a little unbalanced with a rough yeast note.
