50cl Fles, dank Harmen! Uit Stein. Moutig, witbrood, hint van appels, licht fruitig, flink bitter, blijft lekker hangen. Lichte body. Lekker, hier lust ik er wel een paar van.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grainy malt with notes of hay and soft grassy noble hop. Some bready grain. Light to moderate bitter with a slight sweetness. Quite alright.

0.5 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', best before January 2025. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, some honey and traces of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some vanilla and light lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Average Helles, a little stale and bland.

Clear gold yellow beer, creamy dense off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, a bit grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, hay cow fodder, a bit sourish, good bitterness, hint of citrus. Aftertaste: grassy, hoppy, malty touch, dry, a bit sourish, a hint of wheat.

Ma Che draught, 5/12/24. Clear, blonde-brass. Big head, mod-low retention. Nose is clean, biscuit and dough. Fresh grass and light floral hops but not that much of them. Maybe a bit too much bread dough. Clean, lightly malty. Not thin, but kind of doughy. Low bitterness. Lots of flowers and grass.
