Pale gold with a frothy white head. Full of cereal. Bread. Herbs. Light bodied with a mild bitter. Slightly watery texture. A touch bland. Drinkable .. especially in scenic Bamberg.

Malt in the aroma. Full bodied, malty and some hopbitterness, moving on to a bitter aftertaste. Well made helles, with enough hops to convince. Nasty by-flavors are absent.
