Interesting how my friends' ratings differ on this, 3 to 4.75. Medium body, boozy, sweet. Caramel, milky coffee, vanilla, a decent amount of barrel. Smooth, rich, balanced. Held up well, excellent.

Pours quite inky, dark brown. The aroma is just this intense and rich chocolate, vanilla, rich bourbon barrels. On the palate, it's still rich and sugar, with a really big bourbon character, but the sugars round it out. Some balanced vanilla notes, good complexity, rich chocolate, finishing with an alcohol punch. Excellent.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is rich and complex, with intense coffee beans, treacly vanilla beans, bourbon barrels, and molasses. Flavour is wonderfully elegant and intense, with intense vanilla beans, complex as hell coffee, bourbon, and molasses. The vanilla and coffee beans meld beautifully with the bourbon. Just amazing.

500ml shared with Andrey and Alex in Golden Ears. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: nice fruity and barrel character, don't feel a coffee here. Taste: along the same lines with vanilla notes, somewhat boozy, but in a good way. Overall: very nice.
