Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a decent creamy tan head that persisted. Aroma of dark malt. Med body. Mildly bitter. Some roasty malt. Something like a chocolate note. Fairly dry. Fairly bitter. Fairly tasty.

Aroma's are smooth dark malt, toast, cocoa, coffee and a slight hint of molasses. Flavors are similar to nose and mildly sweet. Medium bodied and mild carbonation. Very easy drinking. Been done before many times but this is good.

My 825th Top 50 beer rating. 16 ounce can. Opaque dark brown color. Large rocky tan head. Roasted malt aroma has a hint of dark chocolate. Flavor follows nose. Dark chocolate, dark malt, earthy notes. Quite nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with medium spotty tan lacing. The aroma is strong cocoa and roasted malt. Thin body, malt, cocoa, light dry finish, good.

Can at home in Hackney - thanks to drsandman. Pours black-brown with a dense, frothy mocha head. Nicely rich and rounded dark malts, bittersweet dark chocolate, baking cocoa, ash, scorched earth, some coffee. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Well balanced finish with just a mellow kick of alcohol warmth, more burnt malts, layered chocolate, supple bitterness. Excellent stout.

Can: Poured a black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light roasted malt with some black chocolate notes is OK. Taste is a mix of light roasted malt with some light black chocolate malt with maybe bit much more residual sugar then I had expected. Body is lighter than expected with carbonation maybe a notch above what the style usually suggest. Enjoyable but not memorable for the style.
