Super, densely hazy golden and peach glowing coloured body with about 90 per cent opacity, all with a thinnish, relatively fast-dying off-white head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of apricots, peaches, pears, apples, grass and a good deal of wheat, tart soured notes and a good dose of brine/salt. Light to Medium-bodied; Very rich and pungent soured and tart flavours with a good deal of raspberries, strawberries and citrus fruit with a light touch of salt and brine that hits nicely, along with a dash of grassy and dry notes that all hit fairly nicely and completely with a complex bite that is still very refreshing. Aftertaste shows some crisp and very tart fruits with a lot of berries and citrus with a good wheat and coriander seed profile that show some yeast, tart and very fruity flavours in a great way with an easy-drinking profile that still has a good dose of flavours, especially the fruits and briney, salt notes. Overall, a great dose of salt, wheatie and especially, soured, tart fruits like apricots, pears and apples with berries still stronger than the others, but a good complexity and range from such a light beer. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 16-October-2020 for US$3,50 on my daughter's eighth birthday, sampled on 05-January-2021, after my second daughter already turned six.
