Hazy and juicy pales, we love 'em! The New England style has influenced many Pressure Drop pales, IPAs and DIPAs, and with each brew we learn something new. All of those hazy pale experiments have led us to this point, a beer that is perfect for every day but bursting full of fruity hop flavour.

King Queen Knave will be joining Pale Fire in our regular brew schedule and we couldn’t be more excited. Pale, hazy and smooth, it’s a fruit basket full of flavour finishing with a little dry bitterness to keep you coming back for more.

Pint at Mother Kelly's Nine Elms. Looks like haze! Murky yellow, frothy white head. Nose has tropicals, pineapple, melon, mango, a little sweet. Flavor follows with the melon and mango mostly, some raw citrus pulls back some. Finishes medium bodied, a little bite.

Keg draught at Chandos, Brockley. I saw this on the beer board and was sure it’d be Wild Card. But this is fine with me. Light yellow/gold, hazy with a small, fine white head. Well-hopped aroma with white grapefruit, melon, pineapple. Gorgeous taste: sweet, creamy, lots of fruity character. Finish is more balanced with light bitterness. Medium body, heavy carbonation. A great hazy.

Tap. Chubby Seal Holt Norfolk. Hazed up yellow. Nice white swede. Fruit gums and bitter rind. Estery yeasty notes. You know the drill. Juicy and quaffable. Lean bitter finish. Good.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of lemon, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, passion-fruit and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Rich, juiy and tasty. Very nice.

ON tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Color pesca giallona, torbida, schiuma bianca pannosa media, discretamente persistente. Bel prodotto.

Can split at the North Brewing Taproom, Bingohame, 18/02/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a well presented lasting white head. Nose is orange peel, grass, melon, tangerine, papaya. Taste comprises mellow citric flesh, grass, pine needle, ripe melon, grapefruit, soft breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow hop bitterness. Okay pale if a touch on the sweet side and lacking some bitterness.
