Love is innate, but Wisdom is Learned. The love we have for what we do, and whom we do it for, resonates in our souls. Turns out, though, that love is not enough when it comes to brewing so we remain diligent in innovating our processes and, most importantly, sourcing the finest ingredients we can acquire. Wisdom is Learned, a beautifully expressed Saison aged in French oak barrels with Masumoto Family Farms "Suncrest" peaches, is a testament to our tenacity as brewers. The subtle beauty of this impeccable stone fruit shines in each sip reminding us that our choice to use them was a wise one indeed. We hope you'll agree. Sante!

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Tart and summer fruit aroma. Summer fruit and light sour flavor with light yeast and light citrus. Medium bodied. Summer fruit and light sourness linger with light citrus.

Bottle, 2019 club edition. Pours clear golden, small off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is stonefruit, bugs, dust, oak tannin, skins. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, lovely peach and skin. Merlin body, soft mouthfeel. This has held up wonderfully.

On tap at Vilaggio della Birra 2022. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Some funk, barrel, barnyard, peaches. Nice pleasant sourness. Elegant soft texture. Balanced and tasty.

Bottle shared at annual end of the year Fryslân tasting. Light orange color, no head. Smell and taste are in fact, a little bit too much Fanta. Moderately sourish, sourish fruity. Alright but way less good than expected.

750ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, farmhouse notes, barrel, some stone fruits. Taste: along the same lines, has some weird bitterness, maybe coming from Brett. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Rustic saison yeast, hint of pepper, light peach notes. Pretty good.
