0.33 l can from 'Rebelbeercans', 6% abv, canned in November 2023. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, clove, grains and hay. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral, slightly grassy and gently yeasty-spicy taste of grains, hay, lemon peel, gooseberry, peach, dill and clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit peppery finish. Medium body, smooth but rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very nice Saison, smooth and refreshing, relatively complex as well.
