On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of acetone, with some stone fruits in back and some bugs I guess. Flavour is acetonic as hell, wild bugs, and some oak. Pure acetone and lacking redeeming qualities. Poor.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Lots of acid and fermented fruit on the nose. Flavour is super acidic, very tart peaches, some grass. Meh.

On tap at MBCC Blue Session. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is peach flesh, oak, funk. Slick body, tart peach, lemon, oak, funk, very good.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, funk, oak and peach. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a long dry, fruity, tart and oak finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

[ As Sour Cellars Sooper ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, funky, barnyard, peach - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, citric, fruity - peach, funky, barnyard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
