Can @ Ølfest 2021. Smell of overripe fruit, some sugar. Cloudy dark brown colour, brown head. Aroma of sugar, molasses, dried fruit, some sweet malt. Sugar dominates. Flat carbon. Oversweet.
can at home... dark black.. thin tan lacing... soft sweet chocolate Roast.. big sweet surgery raspberry.. sweet suger... big sweet surgery chocolate.. big raspberry mslts... big sweet.. too suger.. it odd. some really nice but an edge that's not quite right

330ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Pours dark with minimal tan head. Aroma is sweet with lots of dark malts, no raspberry. Smooth palate, medium to high sweetness, low roast with some chocolate notes.. again raspberry not really jumping out here, expected some sweet jammy notes or creamy excursions, but not getting much at all. Medium bodied, finishing quite light for the strength. Feels like half the beer it should be.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is huge raspberry, chocolate, caramel, meaty, cream, taste is tart raspberry, juicy, creamy, chocolate, roasted, a little artificial.

Can. Pours black with very little head. Aroma is raspberry, sweet pastry, chocolate. Medium to big body, smooth. Flavour is sweet, caramel and some dark malts. Donut part is mostly rich and sweet pastry. Lot of caramel and raspberry. Quite nice, very sweet.
