West Coast IPA

Gluten-free craft IPA that keeps the full spirit and flavor of the West Coast. A golden, almost crystal-clear beer brewed with Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hops that bring their signature: intense aroma, freshness, and that touch of bitterness that keeps you coming back.

Freebird unfolds notes of pine resin, a delicate fruity veil, and a clean texture with a medium body. A dry, bitter finish brings balance and leaves a lingering trail.

Brewed for those who move light—gluten-free and fearless. Always flying free.

Hops: Simcoe, Ekuanot, Mosaic

Can at home, from HOTM online, 16/08/21. Moderately hazed orange golden with a good sized just off white cap, carbonation well evident. Nose is orange pith, pine needle, light floral elements, grass, melon, grapefruit. Taste comprises bitter orange, pine dusting, grass, grapefruit, mixed tropical fruits, citric tinged straw, faint minerality. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced lightly aggressive grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent clean and easy drinking IPA ...gets the WC vibe across.

Can picked up Beer Republic webshop Breda Netherlands and consumed at home Sunday 1st August 2021 listening to John Grant - Boy from Michigan and cooking a Lamb and Prune Tagine. Pours gold with a light haze, good bitterness, streaky citrussy flavours, a little pithiness, sweetness (malts) good, dry finish. Good.
