On tap at MBCC, Yellow Session. Frothy white head, clear straw coloured body, lacing rings down the glass. Pale malty nose, notes of dusty hops. Mid-sweet grainy flavours alongside herbal hops towards the ending. Fine bodied. Okay version of the style. (Copenhagen 11.05.2018).

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal, straw, grainy, quite boring. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Not the best Pilsner, but ok. 7-3-6-3-13Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma was earthy, leafy hops, cereal. Taste is cereal, grassy, leafy hops. Crisp mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Good one, actually really good, in better condition than the last time I had it.

Draught at the brewery, 12/22/17.
Clear, white golden-blonde with a small, white head that shows moderately-low retention.
No hops really to speak of; maybe just a pinch of dusty noble hops at the most. Honey-like malt with biscuit and cracker strongly behind it. Clean and no alcohol.
Good amount of moderate bitterness up front turning to apple and other light fruit notes with a honey-like malt finish. Soft, slippery, slick texture and quite sweet. Very malty. Not very pilsner-like and probably too sweet, overall. Clean though, but for a touch of green apple. The texture and carbonation works well, but just a bit more dryness would go a long way here.

Draft at Bissell. Muddy golden in color. Aroma is bread, sweet grain, mild light grass. The flavor profile is light bitter, sweet bread and floral and light grassy hop presence. Solid grain backbone with a crisp texture. I guess it is ok. A touch on the bland side.
